My name is Matt Baglia. I'm 24 years old from Jamestown, NY. I've been riding little kid's bikes for the last 10 years, never trying to take it too seriously. For me, it's at that point, that it becomes a job. Riding has always been about spending time with friends and pushing each other's limits.
Since day one, I was always trying to find a new way to play around on my bike. It wasn't till high school that i realized I could take the sport as far as I wanted. A decade later, I'm still having a blast. Everyday.
One of the most rewarding things to me about BMX, is being able to cultivate the next generation of upcoming riders. Working with younger kids and helping them develop the same passion I have is just one more thing that is extremely contagious about the sport.
If I'm not at the park or riding street, I'm laying down miles in spandex on my road bike. It's far enough away from BMX to be a good break while still keeping me active and on 2 wheels.
When I learned about HTFU, It really sparked my interest because it speaks out about a lifestyle. One where you're always pushing your limits and never looking back. Constantly trying to improve yourself. Going higher. One more whip. One more rotation. The message HTFU brings sits at the heart of all of our disciplines.
After meeting Mark and learning more about the brand, it was at that point, I knew i wanted to get involved. Months later, here I am. Riding everyday. Loving every day.

To "not" understand or embrace the body's limitations from a physical or mental aspect is an injustice to the soul and its creator. We must find a way to exploit our vulnerabilities. We must find a way to dissect our weaknesses. For how are we ever to know our true potential? - Mark Gingrich
